Q: What do I do if I cannot pay my property/casualty insurance bill?

A: It is important that all premium payments be made on time in order to guarantee continuous coverage. However, we realize that income from the woods business is not always consistent. If you find that you cannot pay a bill by the due date, call W. J. Cox Associates, Inc. and discuss possible installment or premium finance solutions.

Q: Why does the General Liability certificate holder want to be named as an additional insured?

A: An additional insured is a person, other than the named insured who is protected by the terms of the policy. It gives that person the same rights under the policy as the named insured.

Q: What does Occurrence and Aggregate Limit mean on my General Liability policy?

A: Those are the limits of liability. The Occurrence Limit is the most the insurance company will pay for any one loss. The Aggregate Limit is the most the company will pay for the policy period for any number of losses.
